JIFSAN offers numerous training programs to meet the needs in food safety capacity building, risk analysis, and hands-on laboratory techniques. One of JIFSAN’s strategic thrusts is the delivery of international capacity building programs to assist foreign suppliers with the implementation of best practices to help ensure the safety of food. JIFSAN also offers in classroom, online courses to teach how to do food safety risk analysis. Courses on whole genome sequencing (WGS) of foodborne pathogens and WGS data analysis are available upon request. JIFSAN has demonstrated its capability of planning and delivering specialized programs beyond those that are listed as the core programs. Our broad expertise in food safety and its extensive contacts in food industries make it uniquely positioned to deliver other boutique programs as the need and demand arise.
