As an invited speaker, Dr Clare Narrod spoke at the Food Control Conference (FCC) in Vietnam held in October. Invited by the National Institute for Food Control (NIFC), Dr Narrod’s presentation was titled “Approaches to Managing Food Safety Risks – Evolutionary Perspective.”

This was the second bi-annual conference sponsored by the Ministry of Health with the goal of “strengthening Research, Training, Cooperation and Scientific exchange activities related to food and food testing.”
