Welcome Dr. Eric Owusu
December 2021
Dr. Eric Owusu joined the JIFSAN in December 2021 as a Postdoctoral Associate having received his Ph.D. in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of Connecticut in the same year. Dr. Owusu’s research was in development and production economics with particular reference to the productivity and efficiency impacts of innovation and resource use in Africa and the United States. At JIFSAN, he will implement field studies and analyze data associated with past and ongoing food safety training efforts so as to measure the effectiveness of such efforts.
