Director of JIFSAN-CFS3 to Speak at “Meat and Poultry” Symposium

Dr. Jianghong Meng, Director of the Joint Institute for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition-Center for Food Safety and Security Systems (JIFSAN-CFS3) has been invited to speak at the “Meat and Poultry” webinar scheduled on October 6, 2020. He will join other speakers from Colorado State University, Tyson Foods and PerkinElmer at the event sponsored by PerkinElmer.
